Preparation

- Cut the pears in half and carefully remove the core to create a cozy little pocket for the topping.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped walnuts, brown sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and melted butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Place the pear halves in a baking dish, cut side up. Generously spoon the cream cheese mixture onto each pear half, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
Baking
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Remove the foil for the final 10 minutes to allow the tops to get crispy and golden brown.
