  • 1/2 cup brown sugar Coconut sugar can be used for a healthier option.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash the pears thoroughly, slice them in half, and remove the core and seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well blended and creamy.
  4. Generously spoon the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed-out center of each pear half.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the cream cheese filling, pressing them slightly into the mixture.
Baking
  1. Arrange the stuffed pears in a baking dish and place them in the preheated oven.
  2. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the pears are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  3. Once baked, allow them to cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with honey if desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze unbaked pears for later use; thaw before baking. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
