Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning and lemon juice. Mix well to combine everything and remove from heat.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish, and season them with salt and pepper.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the cod fillets, making sure they are generously coated.
Cooking
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
