For the Baked Feta
  • 1 block feta cheese (about 8 ounces) Opt for high-quality feta packed in brine for best results.
  • 1 cup mixed olives (green and black), pitted Feel free to mix and match your favorite olives.
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed or rehydrated)
  • 3-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano or thyme, chopped Alternatively, use 1 teaspoon of dried herbs.
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
For Serving

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, layer the olives and sun-dried tomatoes evenly.
  3. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the dish.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the feta and other ingredients, then add minced garlic, chopped herbs, and black pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is soft and slightly golden on top.
  2. Serve the dish warm with slices of crusty bread or pita for dipping.

Notes

For the best taste, use high-quality feta cheese. Customize the dish with your favorite herbs or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a unique twist. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
