Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 ripe banana for sweetness
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based, like almond or oat milk
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt optional, for extra creaminess
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add Ingredients to Blender:
  2. Place the avocado, banana, milk, yogurt (if using), honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice cubes in a blender.
  3. Blend Until Smooth:
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk a little at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
