Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands or a spoon until just combined.
Form the mixture into four equally sized patties.
Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for medium-well burgers.
While the burgers are baking, toast the buns in the oven during the last few minutes to give them a warm, crispy texture.
Once the burgers are fully cooked, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a toasted bun and topping with your favorite ingredients, such as cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, or condiments.
