  • 2 pieces lobster tails Fresh if possible for the best flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted For drizzling over lobster.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds flavor to the butter mixture.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • to taste salt Adjust according to preference.
  • to taste black pepper Freshly ground for best flavor.
  • optional paprika For additional seasoning.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Thaw the lobster tails if frozen, either overnight in the refrigerator or by submerging in cold water for about an hour.
Cutting the Lobster
  1. Place the lobster tails on a cutting board. Cut down the back with kitchen scissors until reaching the end of the tail. Open it gently to expose the meat.
Seasoning
  1. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Brush this mixture over the lobster meat.
Cooking
  1. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer with the meat side up. Set the fryer to 380°F (193°C) and cook for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and firm.
Serving
  1. Remove the lobster tails and drizzle with any remaining garlic butter. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Always choose fresh lobster for the best taste. Avoid overcooking to ensure tenderness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
