Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by placing your lobster tails on a cutting board. Carefully cut them in half lengthwise using kitchen shears.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Using a basting brush, generously coat the meat side of the lobster tails with the butter mixture. Reserve some for basting during cooking.
Cooking
  1. Set your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and allow it to preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, meat side up. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, basting with the remaining butter mixture halfway through.
  3. The lobster is done when its meat is opaque and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Serving
  1. Carefully remove the lobster tails from the air fryer and arrange them on a platter.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.

Notes

Choose fresh lobster for the best flavor and ensure not to overcook the lobster in the air fryer. Experiment with different spices for unique twists.
