Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend) For optimal juiciness
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Or any kind of seasoning you like
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional diced vegetables (like bell pepper or onion) For added flavor and nutrition

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated. If you’re adding vegetables, fold them in gently.
  3. Form the seasoned ground beef into small bite-sized balls or patties, depending on how you’d like to use them.
Cooking
  1. Place the beef balls or patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer (make sure they aren’t overcrowded). Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  2. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C) for safety. If they need a bit more time, add a few extra minutes as necessary.
Serving
  1. Remove from the air fryer and enjoy as desired—whether in tacos, bowls, or on nachos!

Notes

Choose an 80/20 meat blend for the best flavor and juiciness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, microwave or re-air fry until warmed through.
