Air Fryer Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh green beans trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese lemon zest, or red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Air Fryer
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 3 minutes. This helps the green beans cook evenly and achieve a nice crisp.
  • Season the Green Beans
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure the green beans are evenly coated.
  • Cook the Green Beans
  • Place the seasoned green beans in the air fryer basket in an even layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. They’re done when they’re tender and slightly crispy on the edges.

  • For an extra layer of flavor, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, or a pinch of red pepper flakes before serving.
