- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss well until the shrimp are evenly coated.
- Gradually mix in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
- Cook for about 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Serving
- Once the shrimp are golden and cooked through, remove them from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
For best results, use large or jumbo shrimp and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
