Air Fryer Garlic Bread Recipe

Quick, crispy, and packed with flavor, this air fryer garlic bread recipe is the perfect side dish for pasta night or a delicious snack in minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 baguette or Italian bread sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula or butter knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer:
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter:
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  5. Prepare the Bread:
  6. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the bread. If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
  7. Air Fry the Garlic Bread:
  8. Place the bread in the air fryer basket, cut side up. (Depending on the size of your bread and air fryer, you may need to work in batches.)
  9. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  10. Serve:
  11. Remove the garlic bread from the air fryer, let it cool slightly, and slice into pieces. Serve warm with your favorite pasta, soup, or salad.
