Air Fryer Garlic Bread Recipe

Quick, crispy, and packed with flavor, this air fryer garlic bread recipe is the perfect side dish for pasta night or a delicious snack in minutes.

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 baguette or Italian bread sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Air Fryer:
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Make the Garlic Butter:
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Prepare the Bread:
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the bread. If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
  • Air Fry the Garlic Bread:
  • Place the bread in the air fryer basket, cut side up. (Depending on the size of your bread and air fryer, you may need to work in batches.)
  • Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve:
  • Remove the garlic bread from the air fryer, let it cool slightly, and slice into pieces. Serve warm with your favorite pasta, soup, or salad.
