  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 for optimal juiciness)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pieces burger buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese (optional)
Toppings
  • Your favorite toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard) Customize as desired

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined—don’t overwork the meat.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties. Make a slight indent in the center of each patty.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the patties in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Add cheese in the last minute if desired.
Assembly
  1. Remove the patties and let them rest briefly. Toast your burger buns, then assemble your burgers with all your favorite toppings.
  2. Serve and enjoy your juicy air fryer burgers!
