- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined—don’t overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties. Make a slight indent in the center of each patty.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Add cheese in the last minute if desired.
