Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts Recipe
Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are a quick, healthy, and flavorful side dish perfect for any meal.

- 1 lb 450 g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze or honey optional, for finishing
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese optional
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Remove any loose outer leaves.
Season the Sprouts:
Place the halved Brussels sprouts in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Air Fry the Brussels Sprouts:
Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sprouts are golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Finish and Serve:
Remove the sprouts from the air fryer and drizzle with balsamic glaze or honey for a hint of sweetness. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
