Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano or thyme optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Season the Chicken:
  • Pat the boneless chicken thighs dry with a paper towel. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Toss the chicken thighs in the mixture until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer:
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Air Fry the Chicken Thighs:
  • Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between each piece for even cooking. Air fry at 380°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Rest and Garnish:
  • Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
