- For the base:
- 2 unsweetened frozen acai packets about 100g each
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries e.g., strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or your choice of milk
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
- For the toppings:
- Granola
- Fresh fruit e.g., sliced bananas, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi
- Chia seeds or flaxseeds
- Shredded coconut
- Nut butter e.g., almond or peanut butter
- Honey or agave drizzle
Blend the base:
Break the frozen acai packets into smaller pieces and place them in a high-powered blender. Add the frozen banana, mixed berries, almond milk, and optional honey or maple syrup. Blend on high until smooth and thick. If needed, add a little more liquid to help blend, but keep it thick like soft-serve ice cream.
