Ingredients
  

  • For the base:
  • 2 unsweetened frozen acai packets about 100g each
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries e.g., strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or your choice of milk
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • For the toppings:
  • Granola
  • Fresh fruit e.g., sliced bananas, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi
  • Chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • Shredded coconut
  • Nut butter e.g., almond or peanut butter
  • Honey or agave drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Blend the base:
  • Break the frozen acai packets into smaller pieces and place them in a high-powered blender. Add the frozen banana, mixed berries, almond milk, and optional honey or maple syrup. Blend on high until smooth and thick. If needed, add a little more liquid to help blend, but keep it thick like soft-serve ice cream.
  • Assemble the bowl:
  • Pour the blended acai mixture into a bowl and smooth the surface with a spoon.
  • Add toppings:
  • Arrange your favorite toppings over the acai base. Get creative with colorful patterns of fruit, a sprinkle of granola, a drizzle of nut butter, or a scattering of seeds.
  • Serve immediately:
  • Enjoy your acai bowl fresh to experience its vibrant flavors and creamy texture.
