Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk and melted butter together.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, then pour the wet mixture into the well. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in the minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed. Be careful not to overmix the dough!
- Using your hands, shape the dough into small balls. Place them close together on a greased baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and brush with additional melted butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a pop of color.
Notes
These rolls are best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
