Ingredients
  

For the dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.33 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced adjust to taste
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese use fresh for best flavor
For garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and melted butter together.
  4. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, then pour the wet mixture into the well. Stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed. Be careful not to overmix the dough!
  6. Using your hands, shape the dough into small balls. Place them close together on a greased baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and brush with additional melted butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a pop of color.

Notes

These rolls are best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
