Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups yogurt (your favorite flavor—Greek yogurt works great!) Choose a rich and creamy yogurt for the best flavor.
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Use for sweetness; adjust to taste.
  • 1 cup your favorite fruits (frozen or fresh, examples include strawberries, blueberries, or bananas) Fresh fruit should be ripe for better flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients on a clean countertop.
  2. In a mixing bowl or blender, combine the yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add your choice of fruit. If using fresh fruit, chop it up a bit to help blend evenly.
  4. Spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone molds or a small ice cube tray to achieve the bite-sized shape.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer and let them sit for at least 3-4 hours, or until completely frozen.
  6. Once frozen, pop them out of the molds and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

These bites can last for about 1-2 months in the freezer but are best enjoyed within a few weeks. Allow them to soften slightly before enjoying.
