This iced beverage combines strawberry flavors, creamy coconut milk, and a touch of tangy hibiscus for the perfect balance of sweetness and refreshment. Now, you can enjoy this Instagram-worthy drink from the comfort of your kitchen with this simple recipe!

      Ingredients

      • 2 hibiscus tea bags (or any berry-flavored herbal tea)
      • 1 cup hot water
      • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (or your preferred plant-based milk)
      • ½ cup white grape juice
      • 2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
      • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries (or fresh strawberries, sliced)
      • Ice cubes

      Equipment

      • Tea kettle or saucepan
      • Mixing spoon
      • Tall glass or mason jar
      • Straw or spoon for serving

      Instructions

      1. Brew the tea:
Steep the hibiscus tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for 5–7 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature. For quicker cooling, you can place it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
      2. Sweeten the tea (optional):
If desired, stir in sugar or honey while the tea is still warm to dissolve. Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
      3. Combine the liquids:
In a mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, coconut milk, and white grape juice. Stir until well blended.
      4. Assemble the drink:
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and add a handful of freeze-dried or fresh strawberries. Pour the prepared pink drink mixture over the ice.
      5. Serve and enjoy:
Stir gently to combine the flavors. Serve with a straw and enjoy your homemade Starbucks Pink Drink!

      Tips

      • Tea substitutions: If hibiscus tea is unavailable, use a berry-flavored herbal tea for a similar fruity taste.
      • Milk options: Unsweetened almond milk or oat milk can be used instead of coconut milk for a different flavor profile.
      • Strawberry topping: Freeze-dried strawberries are closer to the Starbucks version, but fresh strawberries work just as well.
      • Extra customization: Add a splash of vanilla syrup for an extra hint of sweetness.
