      Fluffy Blueberry Marshmallow Delight is the perfect dessert to cool off with on a warm day or to impress guests at your next gathering. This simple yet delicious treat combines fresh blueberries, creamy marshmallows, and a light whipped topping to create a dreamy dessert that’s both sweet and satisfying. You won’t be able to resist this refreshing, no-bake delight!

       

       

      Ingredients:

      • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
      • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
      • 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
      • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
      • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
      • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for added tang)
      • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers or shortbread cookies (for garnish)

      Equipment:

      • Spatula

      Instructions:

      1. Prepare the Blueberries:
        • Wash the blueberries gently and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.
      2. Make the Marshmallow Cream Base:
        • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
        • Add the mini marshmallows and stir gently to coat them in the condensed milk. Let the marshmallows sit for a few minutes to soften slightly.
      3. Whip the Cream:
        • In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. If using whipped topping, just fold it into the marshmallow mixture.
      4. Combine and Fold:
        • Carefully fold the whipped cream into the marshmallow mixture, making sure it stays light and fluffy.
        • Gently fold in the fresh blueberries, taking care not to crush them.
      5. Assemble the Dessert:
        • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or individual cups. Use a spatula to smooth the top.

      6. Chill and Serve:
