      Baked garlic Parmesan chicken is a deliciously simple recipe that’s packed with flavor. The juicy chicken breasts are coated in a crispy breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture, infused with garlic and baked to golden perfection.       • Salt and pepper, to taste
      • 1/4 cup melted butter

      Instructions

      1. Preheat the oven:
        Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with non-stick spray or a small amount of butter.
      2. Prepare the coating mixture:
        In a mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
      3. Coat the chicken:
        Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Dip each piece into the melted butter, ensuring it is fully coated, then press into the breadcrumb mixture, covering both sides evenly.
      4. Arrange in the baking dish:
        Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.
      5. Bake the chicken:
        Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
      6. Garnish and serve:
        Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
