Peach lemonade is a delightful blend of sweet and tangy flavors, perfect for hot summer days. Whether you’re hosting a backyard barbecue or just looking for a refreshing beverage to enjoy, this drink is quick, easy, and packed with natural fruit flavors.

      Ingredients

      • 4 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
      • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 6–8 lemons)
      • 3/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
      • 5 cups cold water
      • Ice cubes (for serving)
      • Fresh mint leaves and peach slices (optional, for garnish)

      Equipment

      • Blender
      • Fine mesh strainer
      • Medium saucepan
      • Large pitcher
      • Wooden spoon

      Instructions

      1. Make the peach puree:
In a blender, combine the sliced peaches with 1/2 cup of water. Blend until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to remove pulp. Set aside.
      2. Prepare the lemon syrup:
In a medium saucepan, combine 3/4 cup of water with the sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
      3. Mix the lemonade:
In a large pitcher, combine the peach puree, lemon juice, cooled sugar syrup, and the remaining 4 cups of cold water. Stir well to mix.
      4. Chill and serve:
Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes to chill. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves and peach slices if desired.

      Tips

      • Adjust sweetness: Add more or less sugar to suit your taste.
      • Make it sparkling: Replace some of the water with soda water for a fizzy twist.
      • Use frozen peaches: If fresh peaches aren’t available, frozen peaches work just as well.

Peach lemonade is the ultimate thirst-quencher, blending the sweetness of peaches with the tartness of lemons. Easy to prepare and endlessly customizable, it’s the perfect drink to brighten up your summer days. Serve it at gatherings or sip it solo for a refreshing treat!
