      No Bake Cheesecake Recipe

      When you’re craving cheesecake but don’t want to turn on the oven, this No Bake Cheesecake is the perfect solution. With a velvety cream cheese filling and a buttery graham cracker crust, this dessert is both decadent and simple to prepare. Ideal for parties, holidays, or just because, it’s a hassle-free way to enjoy classic cheesecake flavors.

       

       

      Equipment:

      • Mixing bowls
      • Hand or stand mixer
      • 9-inch springform pan
      • Spatula
      • Measuring cups and spoons

      Ingredients:

      For the crust:

      • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
      • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
      • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

      For the filling:

      • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
      • 1 cup powdered sugar
      • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
      • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
      • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

      Optional toppings:

      • Fresh fruit or fruit compote
      • Chocolate shavings
      • Whipped cream

       

       

      Instructions:

      1. Prepare the Crust:
        In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, creating an even layer. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes to set.
      2. Make the Filling:
        In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until well combined.
      3. Whip the Cream:
        In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture in batches until fully incorporated. If using, add lemon juice for a tangy flavor.
      4. Assemble the Cheesecake:
        Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula for a clean finish.
      5. Chill to Set:
        Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set completely.
      6. Serve and Enjoy:
        Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan. Add your favorite toppings, slice, and serve!

      Tips:

      • For a chocolate version, substitute crushed chocolate cookies for the crust and add cocoa powder to the filling.
      • Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the filling.
